The perfect place to be for the ultimate Ibiza holiday experience just minutes from the city centre, located close to town and all nightlife hotspots of the island i.e. Pacha, Lio, STK, Heart and Cipriani. Built in 2005 and consists of 457 m2, divided into a main house and guest house. The main house with 4 suites and the guest house has 3 bedrooms (one of them with no window and no A/C) with shared bathroom. There is a living room and kitchen both in the main and the guest houses. Both of the houses have central heating and air conditioning. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi and shower. A private garden of 350m2, outdoor swimming pool and chill out areas. Security gate and alarm system on the premises. Only available for a minimum of 30 days rental.
