Set against the well renowned San Roque and Almenara golf courses, this gorgeous recently refurbished villa is no doubt situated in an unbeatable location for golfers and families alike looking to relax and indulge in Sotogrande life. The local beaches, port, polo fields and fabulous restaurants, bars and shops are a 7-10 minute drive away. The villa is located at the end of a picturesque drive and perfectly nestled amongst the covered buganvilla terraces and trees. The well maintained garden surrounds the pool and villa. There are large cream sun shades surrounding the terrace to provide shade from the sun on hot balmy days. The entrance hall is simple and elegant and leads into the living / dining room. The chapel ceiling and cosy fireplace provide a relaxing yet comfortable area in which to relax, there are patio doors leading out onto the main covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Leading on from the living / dining room is the gorgeous family kitchen with fabulous sized island and leads out onto the outdoor dining / bbq area which overlooks the stunning golf views and incredible sunsets. On the ground floor you will find one of an elegant ensuite double bedroom designed to provide a calming and comfortable space. There is an additional snug room which can also be converted into an additional bedroom for children with its own independent bathroom or can be used as chill out room. There is a guest loo and laundry/machine room. On the first floor are a further 3 elegant well sized bright, breezy and comfortable bedrooms including the master bedroom suite which enjoys gorgeous views over the neighbouring golf courses. Other features include: hot/cold air conditioning throughout (incl. all bedrooms and living room), alarm system and a double garage. The outside area also offers 8 sun lounges and a large double day bed and gas BBQ Qashqui also available for renting. Please note that the chimney is not available for use.
