Superb Asian style villa with impressive views over the golf course, a long, low-rise building with Thai-style thatched brushwood roof, set in stunning mature gardens. Five bedrooms and five ensuite bathrooms and floors throughout are floating tarima, in many of the rooms the ceilings are beamed reinforcing the oriental flavour. Pine ceilling beams, cross-hatched in a box design, are a stunning feature in the hall. Recreation room with snooker table mirrored gymnasium and one-bedroom service flat with separate exterior entrance and its own kitchen and lounge, extras in this unusual home include an eight-car, basement garage that can be accessed from inside the house and, in the garden, a pergola set up for table tennis and a wooden cabaña for airing the laundry. Between the formal dinning room and the winter living room is the family/TV room with a vaulted, beamed ceiling, cream marble terrace with a dining area and the terrace is sheltered by a thatched pergola. The two guest suites, each with cream marble bathrooms, are situated at the opposite end of the house to the master suite to afford extra privacy.
