The house has 300 sq.m. distributed on the same floor and is equipped with ramps which make it completely accessible for people with limited mobility. The house has an entrance hall with glass roof which give access to the 3 of the 4 bedrooms of the house, all of them with it´s own en-suite bathroom, TV, air-con and access to the terrace. The main bedroom has double bed of 200x200 which can be separated in twin if needed and a bathroom with tub. The 2nd bedroom has double bed of 150x190, a fire-place and a bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom has double bed of 150x190, a fire-place and a bathroom with tub. The 4th bedroom is situated in the other wing of the house and has double bed of 200x200 which can be separated in twin if needed, a bathroom with shower, tv, air-con and direct access to the pool area. The house also has fully-equipped independent kitchen, a dining room with big table and fire-place, a living room with sofas, TV and fire-place, working area with a desk, a couple of sitting areas with arm-chairs and small tables and guests toilet. Downstaris, at the pool level, there is an apartment with independent entrance. It consists of the bedroom with double bed and TV, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. The house is set in the quiet rural area of Benimussa, surrounded by almond trees and cultivated fields. The house is located in the private estate of 15000 sq.m., fenced and are equipped with electric car gate. There are spacious parking area, garden with lawns, 5x8 m swimming pool with sun terrace with sun beds, umbrellas and chill-out areas, covered barbecue area with big table for al-fresco dining, several covered terraces with garden furniture, ping-pong table, etc.
