The villa is a ground floor with 4 bedrooms for 2 people each, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen with dining area. The villa is just 5 minutes drive from local shops and Cala Salada beach and 8 minutes from San Antonio. The villa has a 200m garden, barbecue area, 10m x 5m pool with solarium terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas and shower with toilet, plus further terraces, one with a large dining table and a terrace furnished as a chill-out area. The villa is very bright and welcoming and has all the furniture you need to spend your holidays in comfort. It is an eco-friendly house and is supplied with electricity by solar panels.
