Villa Cala d´Or Area, Cala d´Or Bedrooms: 4 Sleeps: 8 An Amazing Villa with a Perfect Location near the Marina! A lovely villa that's full of character with private pool (4x8m) and air-conditioning. The interior is inspiringly decorated with great artworks and the terrace and garden areas are surrounded by beautiful exotic plants. The large entrance hall leads into the house with a bright lounge area, 4 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is all on one level, the living area offers comfortable seating with 2 large sofas and features SAT TV and DVD plus a dining table with 6 chairs. Double patio doors lead out to 3 different garden terraces with another dining area for meals outside, cosy sitting corners with garden furniture and the private pool with sun loungers. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower (washing machine) and another large air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway which is cooling throughout the villa, all bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The lovely green garden is decorated with palm trees and many exotic plants offering you both privacy and a tropical holiday feeling.
