The Space: A Design that Invites Pleasure Behind the main entrance, you'll find a patio with chairs , ideal for a family breakfast in the shade, thanks to the diverse plants and trees. A few steps lead to the house entrance: to the right, the fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a private bathroom. Straight ahead, you'll find the spacious living room , divided into a large dining area and a comfortable lounge. From the living room, access the best part of the house: the private garden with a Weber barbecue , sun loungers, and a versatile space where you can eat, relax, play, and more. Returning to the kitchen, if you proceed, on the right side you'll find the stairs. If you go down, you'll discover another room and a spacious basement , with direct access to the parking. If you go up the stairs, you'll see a bedroom with a private bathroom on each side and a large terrace for each . Finally, on the top floor, more sun loungers, another barbecue, and an additional dining area await you, crowning a design conceived for maximum enjoyment.
